Program Introduction
Before enrolling with Open Arms, each consumer will undergo a thorough assessment conducted by the Program Director. This comprehensive evaluation will focus on the individual's unique characteristics, including their strengths, areas for growth, needs, preferences, developmental status, medical history, functional skill levels, and baseline behaviors. Our goal is to create programs that empower clients to build essential skills, develop positive behaviors, and foster meaningful interactions within their communities.

Consumer Assessment
The Individual Service Plan (ISP) is designed to support each individual's integration into the community. Completed within 30 days of entering the program, the ISP outlines general goals, specfic training, and support objectives tailored to the individual's needs. The plan is developed collaboratively and is agreed upon by the client, their legal guardian, and is approved by the consumer's regional center service coordinator.
